Virchow Krause is pursuing a name change that will make us the exclusive U.S. branded firm in the Baker Tilly Globally Branded Network.

This name change is in direct response to the changing needs of our clients. We live in a fast-paced world. Increasing investments in foreign activities and strong overseas corporate and expansion opportunities have made the world a smaller place. Businesses of all sizes now look far beyond their borders to engage in international commerce that will fuel their continued growth and profitability.

We are not merging with Baker Tilly, the UK member firm, or any of the network's independent member firms, nor are we being acquired. We are simply moving forward to change the name of the firm. Our status as an independent member of Baker Tilly International, the 8th largest worldwide accounting and business services network, will not change.
